On November 19, 2018, the founding meeting of the Topband Technical Committee was held in the first phase of Topband. Wu Yongqiang, chairman of the company, attended the conference and delivered a speech, Li Zhi, the first chairman of the Technical Committee, made a work report to the conference, Liu Tianxi, the first Secretary-General, presided over the meeting, and more than 140 people of the company's general managers, functional department heads and technical committee members jointly witnessed this event. At the meeting, Li Zhi announced that the Topband Technical Committee was named "Mozi College" and issued a letter of appointment for the deputy directors of various fields.
