Digital Stainless Steel Direct Drinking Valve Water Control Meter is a measuring instrument used to measure the total volume of water flowing through tap water pipes and is suitable for direct drinking water at home. The water meter is refined from grade 304/316 stainless steel. It is hygienic, environmentally friendly, free of secondary pollution, acid and alkali resistance, and will not produce corrosion and exudates at high and low temperatures. It is safe and reliable and meets food-grade standards.High precision, anti-interference, strong reliability, etc., are new products of energy saving and environmental protection. The measuring principle of magnetoresistance sensor is applied to record the total amount of potable water flowing through the pipeline. LCD liquid crystal display shows intuitive and accurate reading. The water meter can be charged in the background. When the water in the meter is used up, the valve closes automatically and opens automatically. Built-in large-capacity battery saves the number automatically.According to and control valve switch, the measurement accuracy is high, and the measurement and other performance requirements meet the verification regulations of GB/778.1~5-2018 and JJG162-2009 of Drinking Chilled Water Meter and Hot Water Meter.

1.When installing and verifying the water meter, it should be fully filled with water under normal conditions. Especially when verifying the water meter, if it is not filled with water, the indication error between Q1 and Q2 in low area will change obviously and the indication error will be negative.
2.The diameter of the water gauge should be selected according to the flow rate at the installation site, and hot water or corrosive liquids should not be used.
3.Installation position should avoid exposure to sunlight, freezing, pollution, moisture and flooding so as to disassemble, assemble and read the meter. In addition to wrapping the water meter and water pipe during freezing period, when not in use, close the water meter inlet valve and open the water outlet valve and faucet to prevent damage of the water meter due to freezing expansion. It is recommended to install the water meter in a special water meter tank.
4.The water meter must be installed horizontally and flow in the same direction as the arrow on the case. Elbows, pumps, cones and upstream pipe diameters should be avoided whenever possible.
5.The new pipeline must clean the stones, sediment, linen and other debris in the pipeline before loading the water meter, so as to avoid the water meter malfunction.
6.The water meter can not measure reverse flow, prevent reverse flow and has no check valve. It is suggested that the user configure it separately.
7.For accurate measurement, the tap should be higher than the water gauge.
8.If the water meter is installed at the inlet of the boiler, it should be prevented from scalding by hot water refluxing.
9.The water meter should not be directly connected to the pipeline. The water meter should be connected to the pipeline by connecting pipe, sealing washer and connecting nut. When disassembling and assembling the water meter, no hard plate should be used to avoid twisting the case.
10.If the water meter is used for a long time, impurities such as rust in the pipeline will block the filter screen or enter the water meter, which will increase the error of the water meter or affect its normal operation. It is better to clean the water meter every other year and recalibrate it, but do not disassemble and assemble it by yourself.
11.When installing the water meter, 400 mm*40 mm free space should be left around the water meter and its related piping parts for repairing and replacing the module.
12.Damage to the water gauge due to the following causes should be prevented:
1. Freezing 2. Flooding or rain infiltration 3. Impact or vibration caused by water supply facilities 4. Adverse hydraulic conditions (cavitation overpressure, water hammer)Extreme water temperature or environment, climate, high temperature, humidity and heat, etc.
13.When water is not used, minor movements may be caused by unstable water pressure or other causes in the pipes.


VI. Packaging
Each water meter is accompanied by 2 connector heads, 2 connector nuts and 1 seal ring, 1 instruction manual and 1 Certificate of conformity.


VII. Service Commitment
1.Our company has set up a special customer service department with special technicians to provide you with after-sales service and technical support.
2. Maintenance service: If the product is installed reasonably and the flow rate is normal, the internal damage or malfunction caused by manufacturing quality (except freezing) should be ensured. With the lead seal intact, the company can be responsible for maintenance and replacement for one year.
